Be sure to join Mommers Dental’s Cavity-Free Kids Club!

How to become a member: For ages 5 to 13 years old, the next time you visit your hygienist for your routine checkup and cleaning with NO cavities, you will automatically be entered into our Kids Club!

What you will receive from being Cavity-Free:

• No drilling and filling
• No toothaches
• A better looking smile
• Less dental bills for Mom and Dad
• Membership in our Cavity-Free Kids Club
• A prize from the treasure chest at each visit
• Your picture taken and posted on the Kids Club board
• You’re eligible to win a $25 gift card in our quarterly drawing

To maintain your membership: We just ask you to continue your recommended hygiene recall visits regularly and on-time, as well as brushing and flossing daily to maintain your beautiful, cavity-free smile! At every cavity-free visit, you will be entered to win a gift card – so that’s a chance to win twice a year!
